Digestion - The Key To Overall Good Health
Herbal remedies used to relieve the symptoms of indigestion!

How many times have we visited our favorite Mexican restaurant for that healthy portion of guacamole and burritos, or our favorite Chinese place for some Kung Pao chickens just to come home with indigestion ?!

Flatulence, flatulence, nausea, heartburn or acid reflux are all awkward indications that the digestive system needs to be re-established!

But how ... and how much will it cost?!?! https://www.clevescene.com/cleveland/synogut-reviews-is-it-worth-the-money-scam-or-legit/Content?oid=37301427

Well, from the beginning of time, plants have been used to aid in the digestion process. In fact, many cultures use herbs as spices in their meals for the same reason. Herbs are safe and cheap, but effective in improving digestion!

Here we have a quick guide to many traditional herbal remedies that are used in SynoGut supplement and are believed to relieve the symptoms of indigestion and to facilitate smooth digestion. The best part is that most, if not all, can be found at your local health food store.

(Note: this list is not complete. This is just an introduction to some of the many herbal remedies for digestive problems.)

Herbal digestive aids

1. Chamomile: Chamomile tea, made from dried flowers, is an excellent herbal remedy for stomach problems. Relieves heartburn, indigestion and general stress. It also has mild relaxing and sedative properties. Prepare the tea as an infusion, leaving the flowers steep, covered, 10 minutes before pouring.

2. Dandelion: Fresh greens and dried roots are also used as a tonic for digestion.

3. Deglicirrhizic Licorice (DGL): This extract soothes the digestive tract by building mucous membranes. The best form to use is a chewable tablet for quick relief.

4. Bitterness in digestion: Various herbs previously mixed with bitter compounds help to stimulate digestion, increase the production of bile in the gallbladder and the flow of bile from the liver, while strengthening the function of the intestines.

5. Fennel seeds: this culinary plant is carminative, which means that it expels gases from the intestines. Chew 1/2 teaspoon of fennel seeds at the end of a meal or whenever you feel the onset of indigestion.

6. Fenugreek seeds: Fenugreek is a source of mucous fibers (slippery, soothing). Soothes gastrointestinal cramps, pain and irritation. It is effective in any form.

7. Ginger: This spicy aromatic digestive aid relieves nausea, strengthens the mucous membrane of the upper gastrointestinal tract (GI) and protects against ulcers and parasites.

8. Mint: This traditional refreshing digestive medicine has strong therapeutic properties, with a rapid effect on the entire gastrointestinal tract.
Steep mint leaves for hot or cold tea. Mint oil is available in capsules and is especially effective for irritable bowel syndrome.

9. SynoGut: SynoGut is well known for instant and soothing heartburn relief. It is also ideal for stimulating the healing of the mucous membrane of the digestive tract and relieving constipation.

Of course, the best digestive aid of all is SynoGut supplement, rich in herbs and vegetables, because they contain many natural enzymes. Avoid processed foods because they are harder to digest and generally lack nutrients. Eat healthy proteins from sources such as organically grown, wild meat or seafood caught in the wild. Organic beans and nuts are great substitutes for meat.
