We hope you, your families and friends will participate in a week of fun fitness activities with pledges to support FSK and earn prizes! Let’s get ready to MOVE, FSK community!
- How to participate
–> Track your fitness activities, color the tracker for every 20 minutes of activities, and reach out to family/friends to get pledges for your fitness time between October 12th-19th.
–> Turn in your tracker, pledge form and pledge donation to your teacher by Wednesday, October 20th at 12:45pm. (Hardcopies and return envelopes will be distributed by your classroom teacher and also available to download HERE on our website.)
- Prizes
–> All students who turn in their completed tracker & pledge sheets with a submitted pledge for at least a $1 will receive a prize.
–> The grade level who has the highest number of completed trackers/pledge donations will win a grade level prize for everyone in that grade (across all classes).
–> Students with the Top 3 highest amount of submitted pledge amounts will win awesome individual prizes.
- How to submit pledge donations
–> Electronically on bit.ly/fskdonate. Please click on the donate button under the “Feeling Generous” section on our FSK PTA Donation page. In the “Notes” section, please include your Student’s Name, Grade and Teacher so they get credit for their pledge sheet and can earn prizes.
–> Checks: put your donation in the pre-labeled envelope in your hardcopy packet (shared by teachers this week). Make your check payable to “FSK PTA” and add your child’s name & grade to the Memo section with the word “donation”. Return the envelope to your child’s teacher or the Main Office (entrance at 1530 43rd Avenue) with the Pledge Sheet and Tracker by Wednesday, October 20th, 12:45pm.
