Happy Week 24! We have had a pretty great week this week – the sun was shining and students were laughing & learning. We wish you all a wonderful weekend and hope you can enjoy the outdoors and sunshine a bit. In honor of Valentine’s Day on Monday, we want to appreciate our community for their kindness, compassion and love. We hope you can take a moment to share your adoration and gratitude for those around you. Please continue to stay safe and we will see you next week!
Please make note of the following updates & reminders:
- Traffic & Safety. We want to again emphasize the importance of traffic safety during morning drop off and pick up. Lately, we have seen many students crossing in the middle of the road, cars making U-turns in the middle of the street and cars double parked. When cars are double parked, it blocks other cars from being able to leave and causes cars to go around you which leads to dangerous scenarios for our students and families. When we are not following traffic safety laws, it puts all our students at risk. Please make sure you are helping our community by being responsible and following traffic safety laws to keep our students and staff safe. Thank you.
- Lost & Found items. We have LOTS & LOTS of clothing and items in our lost & found! We are going to put the items out along the gate on 42nd Ave during morning drop off (7:40-8:00am) and during after school (2:00-6:00pm). Please check for your child’s lost items! Once you find an item that belongs to your child, PLEASE PUT THEIR NAME ON THE ITEM! Anything left over will be donated the week of February 21st.
- Yearbook. We have 2021-2022 yearbooks available for purchase! See the flyer here for more information. Be sure to purchase before April 15th.
