Due to the amount of students returning to school, we will go with the Hybrid model. In order for us to accommodate your needs, please fill out this short survey to let us know what we need to take into consideration when we assign students to
— Cohort A (Monday & Tuesday in-person learning) and
— Cohort B (Thursday and Friday in-person learning).
