Principals’ Morning Message ~ January 5th

Welcome back and Happy Week 18!  Hope you all had a wonderful winter break and enjoyed the time with family and celebrations of holidays!   To kick off the Spring semester, we would like to share some good news and gratitude.  First, please join us to congratulate Ms. Page for her new family addition ~ a beautiful and healthy baby girl born on January 3rd!  During her leave, we are very fortunate to have our former FSK principal, Mrs. Maffei, step in as the Assistant Principal.  Please say hello when you see her on Zoom sessions.

For the month of January, our digital I.D.E.A.S. Gallery features the celebration of multi-cultures. Please join us to embrace the diversity of our school community by connecting to your family’s culture, traditions and history.  Click here to view your Monday Morning video Message from Ms. Kasner & Ms. Maffei.

Appreciations:

During the winter break, we received a large donation of furniture from a company. I want to give a big shout out to the parents who gave up their weekend and helped transport them to our school. Thank you, Greg, Curi, Ankur, James, Neil, Jim Toby (former parent), Amitabha, Robert, William, and Ms. Rosalind for helping our school!!!

Thank you for participating in the process of selecting a new name for our school!  Based on the community input and vote, our School Name Change Committee has submitted the top choices of the nominated names on Friday, December 18th to the district School Name Change advisory committee. Bravo! The committee will keep our community updated.
