Principal’s Monday Morning Message ~ June 1

Happy End-Of-School Year!  Here is your Last Monday Morning message of the school year from Ms. Kasner and Ms. Page. We hope you and your families are ready for summer break. Below is our short video message.

The updates for this short week are as follows:

The last day of school is Tuesday, June 2nd. The next school year will be in session for students in some form on August 17th. Please keep yourself informed by checking our District website at www.sfusd.edu and checking your email. As soon as we are given more information, we will be sure to inform our families of what the start to the 2020-2021 school year looks like.

5th Graders: Please remember you may participate in your Drive-by Graduation tomorrow June 2nd and Wednesday June 3rd during your designated time slots based on your class number and last name.

End-of-Year activities:

The PTA is hosting a Graduation Drive-thru on June 2nd and 3rd. Each 5th grader is welcome to drive by school to pick up a gift bag & 5th grade sweatshirt during your designated time slot!

Items to return.   Since the 5th grade students will move on to middle school, please return to following items to school during the Graduation Drive-by time:

  1. School Library books
  2. Instrument borrowed from school
  3. Chromebook – if you do not need it during the summer or you are leaving SFUSD, you should return it to FSK. If you would like to use it for learning in the summer, you may keep it until school starts in August.

*If you are not able to stop by at the designated time, please inform Ms. Page (pagem@sfusd.edu) or Ms. Kasner (kasnery@sfusd.edu) or stop by at a different time during June 2nd & 3rd.
